The Vault Buxton
The Vault is a unique, modern pub with a rich history, located on the Market Place in Buxton. With a bright interior we offer a fine selection of beers, spirits and handcrafted cocktails.
We are passionate about great food and drink and offer home-cooked food, made from quality ingredients, fresh to order.
Our full menu includes a wide choice of British favourites, from lighter bites to succulent burgers and toasties. Home-cooked Sundays roasts and all day breakfasts.
We are family-friendly, dog-friendly and wheelchair accessible. There are colouring books and toys for children and Wednesday mornings see baby and toddler music classes, ‘Singing Giraffes’ offered by our resident professional musician.
The Vault aims to provide a fun venue, accessible to everyone; with a wide range of themed events nights, a monthly quiz, live sport and bottomless brunch (every Saturday).
On weekend evenings, the bar transitions smoothly into a more upbeat venue, with space for a dance. Resident DJs commence at 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
We have a large range of function packages available for parties, celebrations and private hire, with the capability to host up to 200 people. With a large open-plan bar, private lounge and raised stage area, the options are endless. From cosy and intimate, to lively and fun our well trained team can help plan and host your event in a way that suits you.
Working as part of the local community is important, using local suppliers and produce where possible, as well as providing a space for local groups to come together.
A warm welcome is guaranteed, with a close-knit team who are accommodating to all. As a small, independent business, we can easily make changes to accommodate dietary requirements or special requests.
