The Palace Hotel

A magnificent Victorian building, The Palace Hotel has dominated the beautiful spa town of Buxton since 1868 and is now one of the most prestigious conference, banqueting and leisure venues in the region. The hotel sits at the heart of the Peak District, yet it’s close to the M6 and A6 and less than 100 metres from the railway station, making it easily accessible from Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent.

The hotel is set in stunning grounds ideal for team building, wedding photographs or relaxing with a drink on a leisure break. The hotel offers a choice of seven meeting rooms, the largest being the exquisite High Peak Ballroom which seats up to 300 delegates theatre-style for a conference and 240 guests for a banquet or wedding function. The hotel also offers smaller, more intimate space, for family dinners or board meetings. The hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies so couples can hold their ceremony and reception at the hotel. Wedding packages start from £1900.00.
