Pat and Joan Chapman welcome you to our imposing Grade II listed Victorian property. Designed by Henry Currey in 1871, it overlooks Broad Walk Promenade with commanding views across the Pavilion Gardens to the magnificent Opera House and Corbar Woods beyond.
We offer fully refurbished en-suite accommodation in a quiet, central location within easy walk of the Pavilion, Opera House, University, restaurants, pubs and town centre. We also offer stair lift access to the first floor and a few private parking spaces.
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the Guest House.
